Reach via vaporetto lines 5.1, 6, or 2 to Zattere stop, then an 8-minute walk. From May to October, line 5.1 stops at Spirito Santo, reducing walking to one bridge.

Within 0.5 km of Gallerie dell'Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim Collection. A 2-minute vaporetto ride or public gondola service (€2/person) from Santa Maria del Giglio connects to St. Mark's Square. The Lido is reachable in 20 minutes via vaporetto line 5.1.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. It offered a home-like feeling, but the layout of the rooms, with a private external bathroom that required walking through the lobby, was a bit awkward at times. The room was clean overall, but we discovered some missed spots like underneath the bed. The location was fantastic, near a vaporetto stop and close to main attractions, yet provided a glimpse into daily Venetian life. The dining experience was good, but with limited timings and slightly repetitive options.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed, from traditional furniture to stunning floors and wooden beam ceilings. The hotel was beyond beautiful with a view of tile roofs, lovely linens, and tasteful and subtle decoration. The rooms were big and cozy, offering an outward orientation. The service was superb, with staff making recommendations for exploring Venice. The location in Dorsoduro, a quiet neighborhood in Venice yet central, was perfect. Dining was fantastic with plenty of choices, but the udon soups were a bit basic. The facilities were top-notch.
